Three building blocks

E-SPARRING combines training, support and shared cases into one coherent offering.

  • Training for teaching staff

    Modular courses, adaptable to each discipline, on working with simulated persons, feedback, debriefing, assessment and quality assurance — with video examples and interactive learning modules.

  • Support for learners

    Methodological groundwork before, during and after an encounter with a simulated person — flexible by discipline and audience.

  • Case database

    A database of simulation scenarios in one common template, usable across professions and institutions.
