A participative model
An evaluation concept keeps the work improving. Students and experienced colleagues contribute their perspectives early and regularly, so that materials and methods fit real needs.
Student advisory board (Studierendenbeirat)
Medical students at several universities advise on how the use of simulated persons is perceived, on what keeps people from using the method actively, and on the need for systematic preparation.
